Summer is finally here which means festival season is upon us. This is a look I wore to a recent Waka Flocka concert but I figure it would also be ideal for a festival, since I plan to go to many of those this summer. I studied abroad in Germany during college, and while I was there I managed to pick up this bright and wonderful kimono from a local store. I love that it's really light weight which is great for the hot weather and it also fits pretty well in a small bag so I can always take it off whenever it gets too hot. Also, the pop of color adds spice to any outfit.

Although I like to keep it simple, this girl also loves to have an edge and the choker helps me achieve that. I got this choker off of Ebay and it makes any boring outfit come to life. The riding pants are from American Apparel and every girl should have these in their closet, thank me later;) They are super high-waisted and they don't move an inch so you are guaranteed to look fab all day. I have the bandeau tops in several colors, they are comfortable and ideal for this weather. I usually pair them with something high-waisted like in this case. The lace up shoes are definitely en vogue and though they cut my blood circulation sometimes lol, it is very much worth it because they are super cute and they look good with literally everything in my closet.
