MISSGUIDED Shirtdress
Hi Lovelies!
Just thought I would do a quick blog post for you all on a wardrobe essential - the shirt dress. For this post I am wearing a gorgeous stripped shirt dress from Missguided. I love the twist on this one - the stripes go in all different directions and I am totally feeling the brown and white.
I paired the dress with a black wide brimmed hat, this was totally unplanned but I'm loving how it turned out. This hat was borrowed from a friend and not only did it help keep the sun out but it also added a pretty stylish touch to a simple outfit. For the shoes (although they are not in view lol), I had a pair of simple black sandals.
If you haven't yet invested in a shirt dress, it is a must have in your closet. It is so versatile with many different ways to style it. When it is cooler out, I usually wear mine with a leggings underneath. Other options are tying a knot and wearing it as a crop top with some pants/skirt or just wearing it as is - as you can see now. I will make sure to have some photos of these options for you soon.
